A really nice and very easy and healthy recipe to make.
For the fish you need: a white fish (hake, cod, bass, etc.) Spice with salt and pepper and sauté in butter until it starts to “flake.”
For the sauce you need: 1 cup of water, dijon mustard, wondra or flour to thicken the sauce, salt, and dill.
For the green salad you need: romaine or iceberg lettuce, diced green pepper, cucumber. The dressing is made of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
For the oven fries you need some Russet potatoes and a bit of olive oil. Peel the potatoes and cut them in ‘fries shape.” Place on baking sheet and back at 350F for about 30 minutes, then turn them and continue baking them until they are done the way you like them.
When serving the dish, you can garnish the fish and sauce with some cherry tomatoes or any other colorful vegetable.
