Spending time by yourself is really not that bad – actually, the opposite is true

Let’s admit it, humans are social creatures and we like to spend time with people around us.  But there are also time that being alone is really good and that time by yourself can actually benefit you in many more ways than you think.  Please remember, don’t confuse being alone with being or feeling lonely, which is not good for well-being in many aspects.

So, although we might feel the “need” to be constantly connected to others, remember, take a time out, be it for an hour or a get-away weekend to a place you like, recharge those batteries and focus on yourself, or just let your mind go for bit … it has its benefits!
