Here is another great reason to exercise

Let’s face it, each of us at one point or another in our lives felt, feels or will fell some degree of anxiety – be that anxiety related to issues in school, family, work, or how we perceive others.  In a recent study, researchers correlated exercise with lower rates of anxiety and threat levels.  So, this is yet another reason to get up and moving!
